1. Not having taken enough photos with the people you love.

2. Wasting years worrying about what others think of you.

3. Letting fear keep you from chasing your dreams.

4. Not telling anyone how much he or she means to you.

5. Staying in a toxic relationship for too long.

6. Taking your parents' time for granted.

7. Waiting for the "perfect moment" that never comes.

8. Not putting yourself first when you should.

1. If a person starts shaking their leg as long as they sit down, they are intelligent.

2. If a person talks to themselves often, they have a sharp mind and deep thoughts.

3. If someone prefers staying quiet in a group, they are usually the smartest observer.

4. If a person gets bored easily, their brain craves higher intellectual stimulation.

5. If someone laughs at dark humor, they have a high IQ and advanced thinking skills.

The ‘3-word rule’ that makes ChatGPT give expert-level responses,
the concept is simple: Add a short, three-word directive to your prompt that tells ChatGPT how to respond. These three words can instantly shape the tone, voice and depth of the output. You’re not rewriting your whole question. You’re just giving the AI a lens through which to answer:

1. “Like a lawyer” — for structured, detailed and logical responses

2. “Be a teacher” — for simplified, clear and educational explanations

3. “Act like Hemingway” — for punchy, minimalist writing with impact

HOW TO RESPECT YOURSELF

1. Stop begging others.

2. Stop saying more than necessary.

3. Stop looking for who is not looking for you.

4. Invest in yourself and make yourself happy.

5. Stop entertaining gossip about other people.

6. When people disrespect you, confront them immediately.

7. Don't eat other people's food more than they eat yours.

8. Always look your best; dress the way you should be addressed.

9. Reduce how often you visit some people, especially if they don't reciprocate

10. Think before you talk; 80% of how people value you is what comes out of your mouth.

You may need to hear this:

1. People aren't against you, they are for themselves.

2. Climb mountains. Not so the world can see you but so you can see the world.

3. You learn more from failure than from success. Don't let it stop you; failure builds character.

4. The most dangerous risk of all is the risk of spending your life not doing what you want.

5. Go where you're celebrated, not where you're tolerated.

6. The person you'll spend the most time with in your life is yourself, so you better try to make yourself as interesting as possible.

7. If you accept your limitations, you go beyond.

Someone asked a friend who has crossed 70 & is heading towards 80 what sort of changes he is feeling in himself? He sent  the following:

1. After loving my parents, my siblings, my spouse, my children and my friends, I have now started loving myself.

2. I have realized that I am not “Atlas”. The world does not rest on my shoulders.

3. I have stopped bargaining with vegetable & fruit vendors. A few pennies more is not going to break me, but it might help the poor fellow save for his daughter’s school fees.

4. I leave my waitress a big tip. The extra money might bring a smile to her face. She is toiling much harder for a living than I am.

5. I stopped telling the elderly that they've already told that story many times. The story makes them walk down memory lane & relive their past.

6. I have learned not to correct people even when I know they are wrong. The onus of making everyone perfect is not on me. Peace is more precious than perfection.

7. I give compliments freely & generously. Compliments are a mood enhancer not only for the recipient, but also for me. And a small tip for the recipient of a compliment, never, NEVER turn it down, just say "Thank You.”

8. I have learned not to bother about a crease or a spot on my shirt. Personality speaks louder than appearances.

9. I walk away from people who don't value me. They might not know my worth, but I do.

10. I remain cool when someone plays dirty to outrun me in the rat race. I am not a rat & neither am I in any race.

11. I am learning not to be embarrassed by my emotions. It’s my emotions that make me human.

12. I have learned that it's better to drop the ego than to break a relationship. My ego will keep me aloof, whereas with relationships, I will never be alone.

13. I have learned to live each day as if it's the last. After all, it might be the last.

14. I am doing what makes me happy. I am responsible for my happiness, and I owe it to myself; Happiness is a choice. You can be happy at any time, just choose to be !

FROM AGE 18-55, KNOW THIS:

1. Take care of your body. Remember health is another form of wealth.

2. Normalize walking some paths alone because goals are personal.

3. Don't waste your energy to fear. Use your energy to believe, learn, create, and grow.

4. If you want to be happy, always have zero expectations of others.

5. Tell no one about your plans, level up in private.

6. You won't be young forever, do what makes you happy every day.

7. Be mature enough to control your emotions. Learn to react less.

8. Free yourself from the society advice, most of them have no idea of what they're doing.

9. Don't try to change anyone. Change how you deal with them.

10. Your circle is supposed to be proud, not jealous.

11. Do yourself a favor, get rich; Life gets easier with money not time.

12. Master self discipline and consistency and watch your life change.

13. The family you create is more important than the family you come from.

14. Don't go broke trying to impress broke people.

15. Be smart enough to realize nobody got rich with a salary.

8 ways to deal with people…

1. Silence reveals true intentions, just observe and listen. People will show who they really are.

2. Never tell everyone everything, you might be educating the enemy.

3. Be smart enough to walk away from negative people.

4. In the end, it's up to you to decide what you want. Don't let fear paralyze you.

5. Use the power of your mind to empower your life but don't fall for charlatans.

6. Stop being a people pleaser. Trying to make everyone happy never works. Know you're where you're meant to be.

7a. Saying "Yes" when you mean "No" hurts you, so:

7b. Saying "No" is the best form of self-care.

8. Put yourself first because people will straight up waste your time and energy and you can't get it back.

Eight Important Truths:

1. No one wants to be with a man who has no ambition.

2. It gets harder to break bad habits as you get older.

3. Constant complaining only adds stress and pushes friends away.

4. Learning never stops unless you stop challenging yourself.

5. Your parents probably won’t change, no matter how many deep talks you have.

6. Being kind or polite doesn’t mean a woman owes you anything.

7. Don’t take life too seriously, people aren’t drawn to those who are always angry or upset.

8. It’s never too late. Life can change anytime, so don’t believe you’re too old or limited to reach your goals.

Some interesting things psychology can tell you about someone just by watching or looking at them:

1. Your personality type is revealed by your punctuality: If you’re reaching everywhere late then you have “Type B (flexible, relaxed, laid-back attitude)”. If you’re reaching everywhere on time, then you have “Type A (competitive, aggressive, achievement-oriented)”.

2. Your eating habits reveal lot about how you approach life: Slow eaters like to be in control and appreciate life. Fast eaters are ambitious, adventurous, & impatient. Picky eaters are neurotic in different areas of life. Those who separate food in their plate, are detail-oriented & disciplined.

3. How Controlling a person can be revealed by their Inbox: Those who start organizing their emails, the moment they receive it, like to have control & order in their lives. Those who save the emails, even after reading them, are perfectionists, who think they make need it later. Lastly, those who don’t spend their time reading, filing, & deleting emails, are people who can easily get confused or overwhelmed.

4. Your Music interest reveals a lot about your personality:

A person who listens to “complex & reflective” music, is adventurous, has self-perceived intelligence, & political liberalism.

A person who listens to “conventional & upbeat” music, is athleticism, self-perceived physical attractiveness, & political conservatism.
