I just read this book, "American pain" by john temple.  It's a true story about the guys who ran the largest pain clinic in Florida, actually the whole USA.  It explains how they started it, ran it, and how it ended for them (it didn't end well) .
      It was a great read. Anyone interested in pain management, opiate addiction, drug laws, etc. would enjoy it. Supposedly, a movie based on the book is coming.
