New Shoutbox/Chat Features

The Shoutbox will now emit a sound when a new message arrives.

You can now choose colors for your marked messages via the edit button/options.

Hit the '@" symbol next to someone to have it generate the prefix required for Personal Messaging (not the PM mail system). You can have private discussions with one or more people BUT Admins can see everything, naturally.

I hope to be adding more features to the Simple Portal system so we can have the most sophisticated drug forum on the 'net.
