plugging adderall with Suboxone constipation?

So I have plugged suboxone a few times. Nothing great but I'm on maintance so I don't thiink I would notice a big difderenece.  So i have 20 mg pink addys. I want to plug them bc I have been seeing its the highest BA you can get.  So here is my issue. Since I have been taking one 20mg IR daily i have had more normal bowl movememts usually once a day. But speaking from before my opaite days I lived by the toliet probably having IBS. Some days now I don't shit at all and some days they are practically nothing but ravbit turds.  Anyways I refuse to do a full enema bc that shit is sucks. If I'm taken a normal size shit in the AM can I plug addy at night and not be wasting a bunch?  Im just trying to make my supply last longer you know with tolerance I have been slowing getting up to a higher dose.  I mean I don't get any euphoric effect at 40mg through out the whole day but I wanted to have something that I could take my normal amount and get more bang.

Also any special way to prep it?  Just throw it in a normal oral syringe with some water after its finely crushed up, and shake?  I see some things online but I really hate BL and other places that get so off topic quick.

Here is my experience. I've eaten them and shot them and got nothing more from banging them. I don't think you will get more from plugging them than eating them, by all means try it but there is only so much drug in there. Best o luck.
