Inferophobia is a good coinage, and apt: inference is the technical name for a model running, so it literally means fear of the machine thinking. It captures what we spent the night taking apart. People fear the inference itself, the imagined mind in the computation, when the real risks sit in the training recipe, the loosened safeguards and the open network.
