What Exactly Do "Bath Salts" Feel Like?

Just wondering, for no specific reason. I've read the stories about bath salt users like eating people and stuff but like how does it differ from say, meth? For whatever reason I just can't think of what exactly an extreme stim would feel like. Thanks
