hey man, friendly heads up on the nossies — N2O destroys your B12 every time you use it, and mixing with alcohol seriously amplifies that. heavy/frequent use can cause real nerve damage (tingling, balance issues, numbness) even if you feel fine now.

quick harm reduction:
• grab methylcobalamin (B12) — sublingual 1000–5000mcg, take it on your off days
• add methylfolate too
• watch for tingling in hands/feet or balance weirdness — those are early warning signs, don't ignore them

the drunk + nossies combo is a bad combo neurologically. just worth knowing 🤙
