Count Child Child Boards Posts

Counts n level child board posts, and shows the last post updated as well.
Adds a setting under Modification Settings for child board posts for max search depth. Will convert when upgraded to SMF 2.1

Note: This mod requires that [Count child's posts in parent's totals] from the boards settings has to be enabled.

Installed live.

Count child's posts in parent's totals are confirmed as set via Admin > Forum > Boards > Settings

I also set "Maximum depth of sub-boards to check for new posts, etc." to 3 via Admin > Configuration > Modification Settings
