Admin > Simple Portal Shoutbox config:

1. Exempt Admins box ticked

2. Regex Filter is (array('#<html>m#','#</html>#m'),array(' ',' ')

3. Regex Callback is preg_replace('/<html[^>]+?[^>]+>|</html>/i','',$m[0]) (courtesy of Simple Portal)
