Upgrade to 2.0.16 compat.

Uninstall version 1.04 after manual deleted in:

./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php
./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english-utf8.php

screen goes blank but don't worry.
had to chmod 777 /var/www/html (?)

now 1.09 is running and is a prereq for 2.0.16 although it will need to be deleted prior to 2.0.16

now removed and superceded by SMF 2.0.16
