I was debating making a post about this show too.  It's pretty damn good so far.  Thhe acting is great, and te writing is on point.  I love dystopian storiess, and this one is great.  There's this real conflict between te scenes of beatiful houses on quiet streets and the sheer terror that the population seems to feel.  They do a decent job of filling in the novel in a reasonable way too.  The book would have done  a miniseriess or another reboot movie, but not an ongoing series.  The new material stays true to the feeling of the book imo.

It comes at suc an appropriate time too.  There is no way that they could have known what would happen with trump, but you couldn't ask for a better setting to see this story told through.  It doesn't seem that far fetched, and that scares the ever loving shit out of me.
