). The phenyl group you see as additional when comparing the structures, is to help the drug pass through the Blood-Brain-Barrier. The "F" is the "fluoro" component, of course (see Organofluorine chemistry texts).
It is untested but looks promising.
Rapid onset, more potent, shorter acting ... sounds ideal in many ways as careful use would make it less addictive due to it's shorter duration - or MORE addictive, depending on how much you like it.
Untested with no history of human consumption BUT fully LEGAL, i'd imagine.
