I lucked out tonight! And i just had to tell my pals about it!

on friday i will be 3 weeks clean from alcohol. Not my first attempt, not even my first time sincerely doing it for myself.

I always run out of my weekly weed by monday, and today i just had to walk down the street, look for bags of ANYTHING on the ground. Panhandling for a hit of weed, a roach, anything! I was fucking losing it.

Lo and behold, i see a guy on a bike and just openly explained my situation.

All his weed was at his house miles away, and he was headed the other direction to pick up 'something else'
And what was the something else?

FUCKING JUICY DELICIOUS BLACK TAR HEROIN

And with the promise of a future purchase and assuring him he'd be my main connect for awhile(since i cant get it anywhere else anyway) he hooked me up with a fantastic shot.

Pretty silly i guess, but damn its been so long and i needed this so bad. Still havent drank. You guys are great. Keep doin those things yall do lol im back in the game!

Eh, i always thought opiates were a 'cleaner' substance to be on than alcohol.  Imo, alcohol is one of the worst chemicals you can put in your body, feels like drinking straight poison to  me anymore.

Can never beat a free shot tho, lucky you still had a rig i guess even tho not a daily user. A new connection with fire is a score itself.

I make it a point to always have rigs whether im using or not. The only thing worse than knowing you cant get anything is getting something and knowing you cant use it.

Besides the fact that i had rigs scored me big points in the trust department for a random guy on the street.

And yes, opiates are the cleanest and best and my personal favorite.

But somewhere along the way i developed a taste for booze, so much so that oftentimes even when i have plenty of opis i feel the need for a drink to round it all out.

Something about alcohol finally secured its place in my heart.
Hopefully that doesnt have to be the case anymore.

As far as the connect, i felt the biggest relief ive had in months just knowing i could finally score. That was before i even knew id get a taste.

Since i dont have a habit, smoke plenty of pot, and am finally stepping off the roller coaster that is alcohol, im going to be careful and use this oportunity sparingly.  Its historically been much easier for me to just chip when a scenario like this is in place. Im happy enough with how life is going that, though i feel desperate in the absence of any source whatsoever, im not compelled to use over and over.

Although that could change because i do fucking love heroin lol. Wish me luck

I appreciate that. Id buy benzos if i could find them, but i cant. And i dont have life threatening levels of tolerance. Im not gonna get a script and even if i could i probably wouldnt pay a doctor
