How to Prep Opana TRF for Snorting

Is there a legit way to prep these fuckers for snorting at least?
A LOT of conflicting info online
and i can get 20s for $20 which would save me a huge sum of money!

all the teks ive seen so far have different things that have limited success
is it really not possible to grind down the TRF pills and snort them? why not?

can i grind em down and then do a quick iso/evap?

I've done this a couple times fairly successfully, although now that they're available I'd rather pay more for the generics that you can just crush and use like a normal pill.
 
ANYWAY,

1. you want to rub the coating off with a wet paper towel first (dont worry it wont dissolve any of the pill those fuckers are plastic).  Let it dry completely. 

2. Then use a dremel or I guess maybe a hose clamp to shave/grind into tiny tiny pieces to make a fluffy powder-like substance.  I used one of those pet nail grinders that have the plastic cover over the grinder part with holes; this made it so a lot of the powder got collected inside the plastic and I could dump it out after.  It works with a normal dremel too I just found the pet kind easier.  Either way, I still recommend doing the grinding part while holding everything deep inside a LARGE high sided mixing bowl, because the powder coming off the dremel will fly around everywhere and you dont want to lose any of it. 

3. Just keep doing that until you're left with a piece that is too tiny to grind anymore.  Eat that maybe.  You should be able to grind 90% of the pill.

4. Then supposedly snorting in small increments is best for maximum highness.  It will still gel up in your nose but should absorb anyway.  This will be a problem if you try to use this stuff all day err day, you'll need to clear out your sinuses a few times a day completely and it will be gross as fuck having that shit coming out of your nose, you nose may be blocked for hours at a time or more.  But depending on how much you need to do how often it can prob be done. 

Buy one or two and try it and you'll understand better how tricky these fuckers are.  I didnt truly get it until I did so myself.  The issues are a) the pill itself is literally NOT powder, you might as well be trying to powderize a PVC pipe, and b) even after its been ground into bits tiny enough for snorting it will still turn into this horrible sticky glue like gel on exposure to any liquid.

Can you/your source not get the generic version?  Or are these just cheaper on the street/internet because they're such a pain in the ass?  Depending on how much more the generics are, you WILL get more out of them since you wont be able to fully absorb or use all of the TRF kind.

Hey TTA, the best way to do these other than IV (which I dont, I'm HORRIBLY allergic) is to plug them. I like to make a slightly acidic solution using a small amount of citric acid and put cut up and flattened TRF pills in to soak for about 18 hours. Get a large enough oral syringe / booty administration device in to sick up the water and gel, ALL of it and administer recally. Decent buzz.

One method I've been thinking of trying is cooking the trfs up for IV, and plugging that, or dehydrating and snorting remainder. Most folks I know that prep them for IV will flatten the TRF with a hair straightener and use scissors to cut into tiny pieces. Add 1ml of water and let it boil up, hit it with another 1ml making some steam rise out and drop a cotton and use an oral syringe for quickness. That's it, they IV it. More than half of them have gotten very sick.

Oh and makita, these are usually far far cheaper than the generics because there isn't much you can do with them. For example, 40mg ER made by activists or global will go for $75 at cheapest, whereas a 40mg brand name TRF is only $40.

A lot of doctors here are writing "only fill BRAND NAME OPANA ER" on the prescriptions now, which is total bullshit because the brand names are pricey as fuck.

Grind with dremel or egg-peg (that that thing you use to serrate heel calluses. The trick is to go slow and lightly. You want it as close to powder as possible. No slivers..that means you are pressing too hard. Then grind up a B12 pill. Mix 3 parts B12 to 1 part Opana and snort. 
The B12 keeps the nose dry and helps the Opana to  not gel up so bad. Hell I'be stuck 1/8s up my nose and got off.

The problem with adding powders like b12 to the opana trf, is that it can cause your mucosa to get dry, rendering it a lot less effective for snorting.
These things really aren't good for snorting.

Seriously, just crisp it up and evaporate it. There's no gel in the crisp'd shot, so it should make a sortable powder.

You could even use the shot like monkey water if you wanted - dropping a concentrated shot into the nostrils with your head back.

Crisping opana trf and injecting caused blood disease and loss of limbs for several people.  I would recommend against taking that route.  No shot is worth that price.

I'm curious if rj has something to add.  I know there is a solvent that can be used to extract opana.  I want to say anhydrous ethanol, but I don't remember.  Dr McKay talked about it, but then he passed away not long after.  Take that as you will.

The trf is a bitch! Id say just throw them in a shot glass of soda for the night or until they disolve. Ive never like shooting things i have to crisp. I know you wermt really asking about pins though.

No B-12 isn't made to snort but you just have to irrigate the nose an hour later. I've personally never found the shot of liquid into the back of the nose to work for me. Too much leaks down the throat and is wasted. I've crisped those plastic Oxys with success so it should work with the opanas. And that little bit left over you can't grind. I jam it up my nose. It will release into the mucous membranes.

snorting those were unpleasant and left me with glue pouring out my nose

I just read the replys and tried grinding it with a foot thingy
It took a LONG time to get only half done

Do I need to crisp the dust if I want to snort it?
Or is it ok to just snort as is?

 Also, using a wet paper towel was ok to get the coating off
can anyone recommend anything else?

I did not suggest injecting the opana, but using the method to prepare for injecting, then using the results in a way 9ther than IV.

And anhydrous ethanol doesn't work sadly

The problem isn't the size of the particle, dust or pieces, but the trf formula. Even if you get a fine powder, it will gel immediately and not work for snorting.

Your best bet is cutting it up or grinding into smallest possible pieces, and boiling them in 1ml followed by quickly adding 1ml and sucking up the crisped solution.

EVAPORATE the shot liquid, then snort.
Or you could plug it.

Prep for IV then use in a manner other than IV. Without prep, the gel is simply too strong for nearly anything.

To help reduce harm to your sinuses I would advise anyone who snorts these pills (or anything) to use a sinus rinse. I personally recommend the NeliMed Positive Pressure  Sinus Rinse bottle. A starter kit is inexpensive  (under $15) and available at most large drug stores or www.nelimed.com.
I have used this system for my sinus problems for a long time and it is very effective at cleansing the sinuses. I have heard that there is a big amount of gel that is expelled after snorting Opana when you use a sinus rinse. Even after you think you have blown all the junk out, I was told that large amounts of what looks like clear jello comes out and that it reopens the nasal passages. Since my understanding is that most people experience a lot of nasty gel type discharge after insufflation of Opana and other ER pills I would believe that users would reduce any sinus problems by using a good nasal rinse system.
Most of the systems like the Nelimed system use a pre mixed powder solution that is mixed with distilled water and warmed up in the microwave. It is very simple and is very good for you! It certainly can't be good to leave any of the pills ER gel in your nose and sinuses and I believe that this is a very easy and good way to get all that crap out!

I know this is super fucking old but it looks like they took that new opana trf off the market cuz it was fucking people up. I actually found this by researching how to extract opana er. I was just curious I’ve never even seen any kind of opana er in person. Ever. And I’ve been doing opana for like 6 years. I’ve only ever seen the ir 10s usually pink occasionally the white. Same with dilaudid. I’ve never seen exalgo and I’ve probably done more dilaudid than any other opiate by far.

I would like to get my hands  on a generic opana 40. The extraction seems a bit involved but pretty straight forward. lol I believe in my ability to do it successfully. It would just be sweet to do 40mg at once. That would rock my socks lol. Might even be borderline od with my current tolerance. Probably not but I would be straight annihilated (sp?)

Edit* my bad right after posting I see someone else already mentioned the opana being taken off market.
