You can set your own time: Profile > Look and Layout > Time off-set (You can autodetect and a number should appear)

Note: the offset is based on the server time / Sydney time and not GMT etc.

please note that one week from tonight Sydney goes to Daylight Savings Time so adjust it again by one (1) hour.

Sydney time is +10 hrs. from GMT, in our winter.
