If hard drugs were decriminalised and medicalised, I would recommend this law ..

If all existing hard drug users were able to access strong opiods, stimulants, GABAergics etc. legally then I would propose an additional  "addiction by proxy" law whereby it is illegal to divert their drug of choice to a drug naive person, should that person wish to press charges upon developing a physical and/or a severe psychological dependence.
