Legal Penalty for 10 ml GBL possesion?

Please, I need to know what the penalty is for such a small amount.

I expect Australia to be even more lenient but I may be wrong
.. I'm happy to start with the US.

First a couple questions:

- you say 10mL of GBL, what's important here is the weight of the gbl. In the states you'd be charged with a GHB possession or an analog thereof, and it would be wholly dependent on the weight. Last I checked here it was a class 1 felony for 1-15 grams. Now, since the pigs are not scientists and they can inflate the charges by using the weight, they'd mass the gbl and the container it was in and charge u with that. If you're very lucky you'd not be charged with the weight of the container and only the mass of the gbl...

If U had exactly 10mL it's 1.13 g/cc so you had 11.3 grams of it. So that would fall under the class 3 I mentioned above...

PS: in the us a class 1 (at least in Illinois) is 4-15 years. But it's a probationable offense so you'd get like 2 years of probation.

I hope your asking for a friend and not yourself.... tell me you didn't get popped with 10mL gbl....

No, no, no - i did not ... i am just wondering, without going into specifics, I am enquiring for a friend.

On my budget, it is very rare that I get a chance to store anything anyway. Mostly I have nothing except some old Methadone that I give freely to friends who get caught short without their opiate of choice.

I rarely use GBL and when I do, I aim for sleep time but if not, I still can enjoy it for those brief moments. I am doing a precautionary Phenibut taper because GABAgeric drugs freak me out.

If your friend has a nasty G habbit why not show him my GHB tek, for about $500 in glassware ($1000 to REALLY get pure product) he could be cranking out G at $40/Kg....

That is not an option whatsoever ... what needs to be done is to move far away from it, completely.

GHB addiction is extremely worrisome.
