LOL.  It's funny to me b/c they're so prim and proper.  It's especially odd for the guy using.  I know it's in 1955, but I can't imagine users acting like that today while under the influence.  Hell, most people wouldn't act that way today while sober.  Times have a changed.

Transparency is necessary to ensure decent staff members get elected. Members need to know when staff are misbehaving, so members can be informed voters.
