A few salient words of advice from an ex-veteran, fellow
"K-Hole explorer" if you wanna go deep:
1. Be sure that you won't be disturbed as it's not a good look and it's a private matter.
2. Do not operate heavy machinery for a couple of hours after.
3. Never in a hot tub, preferably near on or near a bed.
4. Whe trying to go too deep (overdosing) you will completely lose the plot and anaesthetise yourself so won't remember hardly anything and will miss the fun part, the re-emergence phase = wasted time and money !
So it's easy to overshoot the experience you're aiming for. Beyond a certain point you'll make the experience less rewarding and you're just effectively wasting your precious ketamine.
For me, around 120 mg at 70 kg produced the best balance between depth and retaining memories of the experience
Happy dissociation !
Ketamine hits everyone differently, but most people agree it’s a uniquely strange and introspective experience.
At some point, though, I realised I’d simply had enough — the nausea, the after‑effects, and the very real bladder risks made the cost outweigh the novelty.
For me, ketamine was something I eventually grew out of. Not in a dramatic way — just a quiet shift where it stopped adding anything meaningful.
That’s the part people don’t talk about enough: some drugs have a natural endpoint. You don’t have to hit a wall or a crisis.
Sometimes you just… move on.
You'll know when the time is right but don't leave it to when you need nappies ..
