'Patent Pending' status sought and IP Protection required ASAP for my Digital Energy Cell

To avoid  confusion, I've rebranded the formerly known 'Digital Battery' as the 'Digital Energy Cell', since it's more accurate.

Considerations:

1. I need to achieve 'Patent Pending' status ASAP,

2. Whilst I vet potential investors and legal representation -- looking for the most ethical one as the:

3. Patent information shall be provided free for each developing/poor country (or at least cover costs).

● This is a '$ US 300 b' global market and projected to reach half-trillion by 2035 !

● Please bear in mind that I'm a Disability Pensioner (albeit with an unusually inquisitive mind) and I cannot afford to even fully  pay for legal fees, at this point in time.
