Meth is pure fuckin evil. What drug do you think is the worst?

Meth is the devil incarnate. Pure. Fuckin. Evil. I live in rural Georgia. I've lived all over the South and this is the worst epidemic I've seen. It's next to impossible to avoid for a junkie like me. Some of you know from my unbearably spastic posts on Opiophile how meth's pulled me through the fuckin ringer. I'd say it's my chemical Achilees' heel.

I think meth does the most damage - to both the users and society in general - because I don't think any drug, not even other uppers like coke and crack, can rival the degree of insanity it induces. There are fatalities in the dope game all the time (unrelated to OD's), but I'd be hard-pressed to find as many instances of terrifyingly insane murders and crimes committed on other drugs.

I've always leaned more toward uppers than downers, so I can make the educated guess that meth has a tendency to induce the most severe drug psychoses.

My vote is toward desomorphine, or krokodil. Although I agree, meth is up there in its level of destruction, and the most destructive drug that I've tried and will probably always avoid now that I'm off of. I'm definitely not an uppers person either though.

Never done meth. I'm not an uppers person. I did coke once and felt so bad the next three days so once was enough.

My vote goes to---Effexor, Zoloft, Welbutrin, etc. haha, ew.
Years ago my parents got me put on all those^ along with Ritalin. Fuck all that shit. Kids don't need to be "fixed".
I have since talked to my parents about it and they get it now so we're cool. They just didn't know.

I have avoided it's grip, have not descended into it's he'll but I was familiar with amphetamines.

I think if it was overtly physically dependant then things may be different.

I'm with OpiXPO, krokodil is the worst of all.

Meth CREATES the lowest form of users. We all know that methheads are regarded even by other users as the lowest of the low in the dope scene. I've lived all over the south and done a good bit of traveling, but here in rural NW Georgia there's not only an epidemic of methheads, there's a lot of IV meth users.

There's methheads, then crackheads, then there's junkie tweakers (the lowest of the lowest form of users).

I had never even heard of people injecting meth until I moved here; never even occurred to me. Obviously the prevalence of meth came as no surprise to me, but I'd never seen so many IV meth users anywhere else. What's hilarious about most of the tweaker junkies I've encountered here is that most of them are snobs about it, it's the only thing they'll shoot. They don't even consider themselves junkies and most of them looked down on me for doing heroin.

Meth logic: "Only shoot up the absolute WORST thing you can possibly put in your veins! You don't count as a junkie if you only bang meth." LOL

I avoid Meth users like the plague but even worse is the Meth/G. scene.

I have used it for years mainly on a weekly basis because I know that daily usage that causes long runs of no sleep and food can do that to you.

I haven't touched the drug for 8 days and truly have no great desire to use it - got far more important things to do lately.

it did screw my life for a while so I had to pull back.

this site was built on Meth so some good things can come from it. I used it productively. it can be a great tool if you have a decent focus.

They were actually both taken within a few months of summer 2015... Now that I think about it, the methed out one is actually BEFORE the better one - that was when I switched from meth back to good ol' heroin.

LOL. This isn't Faces of Meth - it's more like "This is your face on meth" vs. "This is your face on heroin".

WOW. That's just over a month apart... the exact dates were June 21, 2015 for the bad ones and July 12, 2015 for the pretty one.


Just to clarify, I had been up for a straight month in the bad one. After switching back to opiates, here's a more recent pic from the beginning of this year (hubby always says heroin preserves youth):

LOL! That's encouraging to know. I've take a lot flak (I realize mostly in fun) around dope forums, especially in my early Opiophile posts, for posting tweaked out. Glad I'm not the only one who doesn't discriminate when it comes to drugs.

I used it productively. it can be a great tool if you have a decent focus.

I'm sure I don't have to tell you that you're walking a VERY fine line. Meth no doubt does make you productive as fuck, but that doesn't always mean you're accomplishing anything. I've found myself and watched others tweak out and get stuck in a mind loop and fixate on something crazy.

I sit on my laptop typing for hours and days on end when I tweak - passionately writing, blogging my opinions and beliefs, commenting, posting and messaging till I finally crash. I've literally sat for about 24 hours straight in the same spot, focused so hard on my laptop that I don't notice the time go by. Some good things come out of my tweaking marathons, but the majority of what I do is just pure stimulant psychosis.

I used to have my own little online business ghostwriting essays and doing online assignments for college students. Tweaking, I could write up to 20 pages of essays in a little less than 24 hours. I've also got a few Wordpress blogs, all written on speed. One of them - Take the Power Back / Silence Can Be Violence - http://silencecanbeviolence.wordpress.com - really helped me cope after being date raped.

Meth makes me the most prolific writer you'll ever see; it increases anyone's productivity x100. It's just really easy to teeter over the edge and fall from productive to psychotically fixated. Be careful, don't wind up like me!
