The pipe in the top of my foot/feet, and the huge one running along inner ankle.  Not too exotic I know, but I've never tried the femoral OR in the neck before as I miss too easily.

I guess my neck, missed a couple times (not a lot) and it hurt like a son of a bitch.  Feet, legs, hands, wrists, etc.

Tried my dick once and like someone else mentioned, the vein just blew up before I even pushed a unit in.  Was fucked, scary as hell.
