md_bbcode.css isolation test

No SMF, no PHP, no other mods, no JavaScript at all on this page. Just the real CSS and the exact HTML structure seen in the forum's own page source. If this renders correctly, the CSS/HTML themselves are proven fine and the bug is coming from SMF injecting something at save or render time. If this is ALSO broken, that's new information.

Test 1 — clean, no inline styles (what MDParser.php actually generates)

Expect: three separate lines, dark box, no scrollbar needed.

Test 2 — with the mystery inline height style reproduced exactly

Expect: if this ALSO shows one compressed line, the inline height style is genuinely the cause and it's just a matter of finding where it gets added. If this looks the SAME as Test 1, the inline style isn't actually the culprit and something else is going on.

Test 3 — same as Test 2, but with !important on our white-space rule made to also cover height (a possible fix if Test 2 confirms the cause)

Expect: if Test 2 was broken, this should fix it by force-overriding any inline height with !important.
