1. Describes a Terrestrial Domestic / Commercial Fuel Cells, similar as the one outlined below, but uses SPENT NUCLEAR WASTE.

2. Describes a simple Mobile battery-driven half-refrigerator-sized Scaleable Nuclear
Reactor and Fuel Pool.

These units should be of limited user-serviceability, have robust radiation containment foremost in mind and should last around 15~25 years between fuel rod replacement and voltaic exhaustion.
