Extracting Fentanyl from Pill?

Ok, so let me start off by telling you what I am trying to resolve

First off, I bought some fake pills that were pressed with Fentanyl, however, these pills have such terrible binder/mixer with it, that it causes my nose to
be stuffed for a week. I eventually get a sore throat and such.

I am asking what can I do to extract the Fentanyl from the pill so that I do not have to snort the Fentanyl and the binder together.
