why do they put Naloxone in with Oxycodone ?

I thought it would cancel out the Oxy or is that when injected, perhaps ?

When injected/sniffed.  Naloxone isnt very active orally

you see, a friend has bouts of chronic back pain and is reluctant to take this pain killer as he is prescribed the T(ri)C(yclic)A(ntideppresant.), Endep. ... anyhow - he has opiophobia for some valid, deeply personal reasons.

Its just another fail of using a naloxone combination drug just like suboxone.  Oxy works best orally, so youd be fine to just orally take multiple pills instead of sniffing/iving them.

And with all the money being thrown at "opioid addiction" (OPIOIDS ARE FUCKING ENDOGENOUS)

There is also a morphine/naloxone coming to market
Remember the days when a morphine/oxycodone pill was almost a reality?
