How to FULLY (not partial) ban a member

1. Admin > Members > Ban List >  Add New Ban (or List Bans) and add the username to ban.

-OR-

from any member's profile, Profile > Actions > Ban this User

2. Admin > Members > View All Members > then select username and change it's Forum Profile avatar to the "banned" one in the list of avatars.
