SA Chat Bar

Admins, Global Moderators. Moderators and Special/SA_Chat+ membergroups are the only ones who can use this as it's too easy to solicit.

You use it by clicking on the left side of the bottom bar that says Who's Online (n) which brings up a list of members logged it. Then select a member that is in one of the above mentioned membergroups by clicking on it, this will open a chat windows and away you go.

Close the window when you finish and it should disappear after you logoff (and then back on again).

You can also explore the options on the bottom right of the bar.
