so i was thinking, is anybody ready to "maintain" users whose tolerances have been brutally assaulted by fentanyl or worse, carfentanyl
I'm imagining that bupe or 'done just won't cut it UNLESS they're taking 64 mg Bupe or 500 mg. Methadone and which clinics do that ?
at some point, we have to see if any fent. users are able to transition to MAT.
anybody know anyone ?
[Fentanyl, the 2 hour, clinical high ~ id' prefer good ol' Heroin but that shit seems to be getting scare ~ ya gotta rely on poppies and shit whereas the "new" stoopid solution just takes a white coat, a hair net and a dodgy lab from China - no local Fent problem there, i'll bet !.
