1. Please find some Bupe FIRST. THIS IS VITAL IF YOU ARE in a Fentanyl Analog distribution area.
2. Cop/score your drugs (opiates etc.)
3. Microdose a little Bupe then have SOME of your gear.
With some clever maths, the Bupe / Subutex should stick like super clue to receptors and the gear you injected will be far less likely to kill you.
4. Of course this suggestion may kill your high but not you. Also😷you won't get sick so that's the most important thing.
I cannot do the math but maybe somebody can.
