I am developing a mild but early side effect of Phenergan (PromethazineWiki) and OlanazapineWiki called Extrapyramidal symptomsWiki.
The extrapyramidal system regulates posture and skeletal muscle tone.
Only 2 nights on the Promethazine ... doses are shown below over the last 2 days (had another 100 mg. METH this morning which i hoped might stop it but didn't) ...
405 mg. monthly depot shot of Olanzapine
100~120 mg. Promethazine
10 mg. PRN of Olanzapine (oral)
8 std. drinks of fortified wine
So i have been getting deep REM sleep which is amazing considering my high doses (400 mg. METH) throughout the day. EPS is often irreversible so that's a fucken big worry; some fingers on both hands and my feet have a tic and clench - freaky and something both scary and very new to me.
I will stop the Phenergan despite it's highly effective DopamineWiki down regulation.

I may be wrong and had taken some Phenibut.
Higher doses (3+ grams) with the other substances mentioned cause this weird randim hand tics and twitches every few seconds.
What i need is a doctor, they could be mini seizures for all i know.
It happened to me the other day after a night on Meth, Alcohol, Pregablin and Phenibut, OLZ and having slept.

Why'd you need the Olanzipine, if you don't mind me asking?
EPS? You've got to watch that shit, it tends to not go away.
