Title: Extremely odd side effect of Alprazolam and Pregablin
Post by: Opi-ette on June 15, 2016, 01:43:52 PM
Hi everyone. I haven't posted in a while but I just had to mention this bizarre side effect of the combo Alprazolam (Xanax) and Pregablin (Lyrica).

Let me preface that I've never taken them together, only on their own.

Everything seemed to have a mirror effect. I kept using my left hand to do things (I'm a righty) and it felt totally natural and I was very good at using my left hand. I was going to put some tanning lotion on and I always use my right hand obviously so when I put the right glove on I said "What the hell idiot, you are using the wrong hand". I concentrated and realized it in fact was on the right hand but it looked wrong to me. So I just casually used my left hand like a pro. So freaking odd. Like I said it was like my brain had reversed everything I was doing, like when you look in a mirror.

I'm still amazed at the dexterity I had. The brain is an amazing organ. ;)

Haha nick it was freaky. I might test it out again just to make sure its the combination of the two.
