Here is a video that you may find interesting. The bottom line is to avoid long term benzo usage if you do not have a medically diagnosed illness or if you intend on staying on them indefinitely.
Note: If you have been on benzos long term (20 years) then some of the PAWS (Post Acute Withdrawal) symptoms will never go away !
Benzos are getting harder to access anyhow.
