Is there a reason we can no longer save our sent PMs?

I like to save a copy of all the PMs I send.

You could always manually copy and paste it into a word processor for your own personal records.

Nevermind, my bad.

Upon further looking I see that all PMs are automatically saved to the sent folder. I didn't see the save pm checkbox at the bottom and thought members had lost that ability.

What's worse is I now seem to recall Chipper making a post a while ago about how all PMs will be automatically saved. I just thought that changed recently.

TEST SYSTEM ONLY

debugging an error, so here are the uninstall notes for chipper:

1. uninstalled Personal messages to membergroups

2. some code needed to be removed manually from Themes/default/PersonalMessage.template.php so the uninstall was forced at line 190:
