an example:

reply address: person@forum.drugs-and-users.org

IMAP server address: forum.drugs-and-users.org

SMTP server address: forum.drugs-and-users.org

IMAP email usersname: person, password: xxxxxxx

Incoming mail (IMAP): port 143 with no SSL

Outgoing mail (SMTP): port 2525 with no SSL
