Florida Man Accidentally Texts Police Captain About Buying Drugs
A wrong number led him to "someone who knows all too much about illegal drugs”
Texting a message to the wrong person can get you in trouble, but usually not like this: a Florida man looking to buy drugs accidentally exchanged texts with narcotics official.
Last week, 29-year-old William Lamberson was charged with one count of possession of cocaine with the intent to sell, the Washington Post reports. His run-in with the law begin when he texted a contact about buying some marijuana—only he got in touch with the wrong number.
“It turns out, Lamberson’s misdial connected him to someone who knows all too much about illegal drugs,” the Martin County Sheriff’s office said in a statement. “Unbeknownst to Lamberson, he was mistakenly trying to score with the Captain of the Martin County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit.”
During their conversation, the captain asked Lamberson if he had any cocaine to sell, to which Lamberson allegedly answered, “I actually do man. Lol.” They agreed to meet up, but instead of a client, Lamberson collided with narcotics authorities who quickly arrested him.

THink about all those slippery criminals that cops have to get warrants for a wire tap, hours & hours of surveillance, etc..., and then you have this guy.
I'm sure he's telling his cell mates that the fuzz only nabbed him after 2 years of phone taps and his dingbat girlfriend slipped-up once on the phone, and that's how he was caught.

I've never dealt drugs, but I sure as hell wouldn't deal to unknown entities if I did.

This site is totally worth spending 30 minutes or more at. Crazy shit. A lot like People at Wal Mart site.

When i lived in clearwater Florida this wrong number used to hit me up all the time wanting meth. I didn't use speed or know anyone who did at the time.but he was persistent and continued to call and ask for a sac and to serve him numerous times. I had to change my number.
