If it works for your pain (as it's supposed to  ;) ) then that's really good.  :D

As a 'recreational' opiate though, it generally sucks - although some people seem to use it in that manner.

It's not that addictive at all when used as directed for pain, although I'm sure you could get some horrible, grubby habit together if you took quite a bit to try and chase a buzz for a while.

IIRC, one of the main things to watch out for with Tramadol is that it can lower the seizure threshold, especially in affected undividuals.

Also IIRC, it has quite a weird binding profile, slightly tickling one of the opiate receptors (mu IIRC) and also inhibiting reuptake of Serotonin and Norepinephrine.

With no tolly it is somewhat recreational. Its not great but I would say I feel better with that than nothing. And yes I'm pretty sure you can get addicted to it. I really dislike it it is probably my least favorite opioid that being said I'm jonesin and would love to have some rn lol.

Be careful tho whenever I take enough of it to feel halfway decent I get a weird like pressure feeling in my jaw. No idea wtf it is but supposedly if you take over a certain amount it cantrigger seizures.

Oh and I will add that you absolutely do not want to shoot it in case you were thinking of that. I don't remember why and am too lazy to look it up (sorry) but I remember I researched the shhit out of it when I was prescribed it like 2 years ago and shooting is not an option. I think it isn't really a danger thing but rather a thing that it actually needs to go thru first pass metabolism to be effective. Iirc anyway.

well I caught a little euphoria from my first 100 mg and then it never came back.

but my foot hurts far less so either I'm healing well or it really is an effective painkiller.

great for my chemical burn as it deals with neuropathic pain and literally takes away the burning sensation.

having got off Methadone and injecting, I'm a little apprehensive.

I am mixing it (100 mg. Tramadol IR TID) with about 25 mg Methamphetamine, 30 mg. Codeine, 10 mg. Diazepam, 500 mg Acetaminophen, alcohol sparingly and Phenibut cautiously (1 gram every second day as a nerve pain blocker akin to Gabapentin as it is a Gabapentinoid after all) daily.

No more Meth now as I have to build up neuroxmitter bank now).

I like cocktails and this is a beauty as it's a therapeutic dose. "a person who has himself as his physician is a fool" but that's always been our problem, right?!

no buzz but no pain.
