● No avatar yet ? choose an image, right-click to save it to your Pictures folder and *re-size it to approx. 140 px x 140 px then navigate via: Profile > Forum Profile > Upload that re-sized image you just saved, from your Pictures folder. *I use both MS Paint and paint.net to do the re-sizing.
● Please write an introductory thread because we really like to know your story plus we can also determine that you are not a spambot !
● We also want to know how you found us, please.
● To turn off notification emails, Profile > Modify Profile > Personal Messaging >Notify by email every time you receive a personal message: set to Never and Profile > Modify Profile > Notifications : uncheck "When sending notification of a reply to a topic, send the post in the email (but please don't reply to these emails)"
● Consider also setting Profile > Modify Profile > Look and Layout to adjust the timezone offset and to return to the topic after posting.
● Please re-read the rules and policies via the App buttons above.
● Think twice about making one's email address contactable, as not only do we advise against it but (see your Profile etc.) you may ultimately get taken advantage of and if you do, then we do not want to know and nor will we take any action against anybody.
● Going off-board is risky but friends can be made there.
