Talk it out, communication is the key.

If it's a genuine mistake and the other guy doesn't realise that then you have to convince him.

Good luck !

depends.....

did he pay for it?            If so, then you owe him a "pointy" of ice

did you pay for it and he just wanted some?               if so, then tell him to get fucked he's lucky you left him anything.

also, what is "mpty"?

I'm guessing "empty", though I can't tell if you are kidding with this question.

no I really wasn't kidding. I thought it was some weird mdma analogue I've not heard of, I'm not up on that analogue scene so I just figured that's what he was saying.

Particularly because he said "the tripper" like he left him a bag of some mdma analogue and the dude endded up tripping instead of tweaking on meth.

IDK I guess I missed that one entirely...

I've gathered that you're a bright guy so I didn't know where this was going.

I got a good laugh out of the explanation.

If you intentionally shorted him, he might know.

If you didn't, who knows?

It's a mystery to me.

Yea it obviously depends whether or not he threw down for this "pointy" or not like dizzle said.  Guy kind of sounds like a pos though imo.  The way it came off it sounded like you were just throwing him free shit and then he got pissed when he didn't get it.  Might not be a friend after all dude man :o

I think the guy will be back to acting like he is your friend, especially if you are the type of good friend who shares the prize even if he didn't ante up.  If he is a real friend then he will realize he was acting out of a drug induced paranoia and apologize for his rash words.  Most anyone using ice knows it can cause undesirable effects upon the mental state, even if you think you are immune you see it in others and therefore must be prepared for the side effects yourself. What I'm getting at is that he should realize that you unintentionally left the "empty" bag and that shit happens when high. I can totally understand how someone might make the mistake of leaving an empty box of Cracker Jacks with no prize inside. I can also see how someone might think that they got intentionally screwed in the moment of disappointment. In hindsight, it should be apparent to a friend of several years that a mistake was made. It should also be equally apparent that there was over-reaction to the mistake.  Friends should be willing to see what happened was the basic side effects of the dope.

On a side note.  Years ago a friend left me a note that said he "left some good shit" in the downstairs bathroom. when I got there I only saw that he had left the toilet seat up and the biggest turd I have ever seen.  Damn thing was clogging the hole and breaching the water's surface, it was enormous!  I was angry at first until I saw the baggie on the sink, then I laughed. Had he just left the turd....it might have been a different kind of laugh.

I'm betting you guys have worked this minor friendship glitch out already, if not, communicate or at least make the effort.   Best of luck!
