tattoos to cover tracks
« on: March 26, 2016, 03:03:01 PM »
Whats up guys and gals hope all is going well.

As the title says I would like any experiences related to covering tracks with tattoos.
I have a reddish track, very small like a matchhead size in the crook of my arm.
It seems  good artist could color it in to match my skin.

I know google has some pics just wanted any experiences here.

So you're trying to get a tattoo to make the track skin colored as opposed to getting a picture of something over it?

Exactly just get the track covered up with your exact skin color opposed to the redish bluish track mark.

With it being in the crook of my arm I do not want a real tattoo there.
I have a few small track spots I was wondering if this skin colored tat would be an option

I think it'd be pretty tough to match skin color well enough.  I'd be worried that he'd get it wrong & it could draw more attention to the spot than leaving it alone.

Yeah I guess you'd have to test the color matching and it's a permanent test... and I bet it wouldn't tan the same. Plus you'd be tattooing over scars and I'm not sure how that works?

Yea I agree with the tanning thing. I bet just getting a god tan would cover the spots a decent amount.
Just wondered if anyone here has done it since I have seen it mentioned online

I'd just get some kind of foundation to cover it, it's probably way more noticeable to you than anyone else.

Incidentally, a while back I noticed two small soft lumps on the underside of my forearm. I mentioned them to the doctor (I'm a known IV user, it's all over my doctors notes), and apparently they are varicose veins. They look nothing like any varicose vein I've ever seen. The lumps are colourless and look and feel like small cysts. But she assures me that's what they are. Also that they are caused by long term IV use. I've never seen or heard of it before.

Six months or so on, they are exactly the same size and I've now developed two similar but smaller lumps on the outside of my left calf which have also been identified as varicose veins.
