Title: How does bupe show up on a UA?

Just wondering, does suboxone/subutex show up as a straight opiate on standard drug screens or do they have to do a specific test for it like they do with methadone?

They have to be screening for it specifically.

I mean don't take my word 100% but that is how it is in md and wv.
