... because as a new registered user, we don't know you so we have to make sure that the liability to us is minimised.

it makes trading drugs far easier so you can't communicate via Private Messaging but enjoy the forum itself.

i'm sure that you're a wonderful person but there are predators and evil is real - drugs can also be powerful tools for pyschopaths and violent criminals.

must take care ... once trusted then your status could change if you wish to moderate and/or admin.

since mail, comment scan and dumping tools were written and introduced by Chipper (legal compliance), this is no longer a restriction of regular members.

You guys can use the Internal Email/Messaging system now.

It may be monitored.

sorry, SA-Chat (bottom bar to Admins.) not permitted.

If I'm reading it right, it means regular members can now use the PM feature.

I wonder why this wasn't done on the other board.  Especially if there are safety protocols to monitor content in PMs.

As for the SA chat thing, Admins have the ability to chat with each other / other members.  There's a bar at the bottom of the screen.  You see who's online, click on their name, and you can chat with them.  If a regular member gets a chat popup from an admin, they can't respond though.  If that happens, regular members can now PM the admin, or they can click "send e-mail" and reach the admin that way.

Transparency is necessary to ensure decent staff members get elected. Members need to know when staff are misbehaving, so members can be informed voters.
