Looks like this guy injected this woman with dope and coke in an attempt to try and grill her about another guy she was seeing. It seems like she was a willing participant in the drug use though, seeing as how she allowed him to plug the drug in her pooper once the needle broke off their rig (they only had one syringe available?!). It's a shame that the young lady lost her life and that the dude is up for 2nd degree murder.

Wouldn't you be?
Shame she died.

I don't agree with punishing someone for life in prison for giving someone a drug that they wanted and that person overdoses. That's their fault.
This case is a little different because the witness says the guy kept pressuring the deceased to keep taking shots of dope. Still though, the girl never seemed to refuse. She said she'd had enough but there's no mention that she flat out refused.
I guess when the coke worse off she fell out on the dope.
How do you guys feel about the issue?

A man killing his wife with her own drugs?
For some affair? Repulsed

I'm referring to getting life in prison for giving someone drugs that they OD on.
Doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I mean, drugs are dangerous, so are guns, but if someone kills themselves with a pistol you gave them, you don't get life in jail.
Oh and it wasn't his wife.
