cbd for anxiety, early impressions

was gifted about 2 liquid ounces of cbd oil, unsure if it has any thc or not but that's always in my system anyhow.  i've tried it 3 times, one teaspoon orally (also unsure of potency.)  seemed to really help but each time i did have bad anxiety the next day (which is my normal state more often than not anyhow.)  trying to determine if a rebound effect could be hieghtened anxiety the next day like with alcohol.  my suspicion is no, that so far it's coincidence but i'd love to hear any thoughts / experiences

next experiment will be tomorrow, i'm drinking tonight, one shot whiskey, 6 7.5% beers, it's my regular routine & i know the results - anxiety tomorrow, "the fear' as hunter would say.  i'll have a teaspoon of the tbc oil with am coffee and see how the day goes.  i'll report back.

also on tonight's menu two joints of cheap badly grown/dried/cured colorado chain dispensary weed.  dry and harsh, went in w/ 3 guys at work spent $25 for a quarter.  i'll go back to my place and spend the same for an 8th next time.

Hey Moemoe... I had that cbd oil before given to me by my Mom. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure it's just hemp oil. No real thc, maybe slight traces.
It was alright while it lasted. It helped my migraines a bit. You can buy it anywhere around here but it's way too expensive for me. I'll stick to the harder stuffs.

cbd works well for some. certainly better for you than psych meds. I think normal high quality hash oil cooked in coconut oil works much better. I eat tiny doses everyday, I never get stoned or buzzed. though I just bought some nice herb to smoke, first time all year, its nice for hiking.
I recommended coconut or MCT oil in coffee as well :)

so- ive found it to be reliably helpful, but the effect is mild and only lasts 2 hours for me.  the right pot is better but believe it or not, it's hit or miss for me in colorado.  when my place has papaya im golden.  but if not &i ask for something with afghan genetics i get a dead  stare.
