Allows you to stop guests from viewing links. Informs the guest to register or login.
This can't be easily removed now and is the reason why we have 2 Mu ads.
Might as well leave it on now.

removed it manually and moved back to one clickable Mu banner.
we should get more attention as this is a better way to go.
