In New Orleans they're are two good syringe access programs.

1) The Frenchman St. Exchange

2) Trystereo mobile exchange

You can easily find their hours, services, and contact info through a simple Google search. Frenchman St. is a typical exchange where Trystereo is a mobile team who will send a volunteer to you with all the works you need. They also have Narcan now I'm proud to say.
