Shit, in my county alone, theres been just under 400 heroin with fentanyl overdoses so far in 2016. At the detox they had a board for it with a full pad of post its, and every day youd go in that group room and see 3-4 more added. Went from like 325-350 while i was there.
Fuckin sucks, cause one of my best friends just got put on that list in may, and another guy i knew since gradeschool did it 2 weeks later. I should've been put on that list in early july, thank god someone noticed and called. Did a shot in my car, felt the rush come on hard for 5 seconds, then woke up strapped in the ambulance.
Be careful, shits no joke, i was used to half gram shots of good dope. I bought a 40 (.25) did just over half of it and went out. Came back as fent too when tested.
Theyre actually finding carfentanyl being sold as heroin around northeast ohio. Shits only meant for large animals like elephants, cant even see a dose of that shit. The other major city south of me has had days where 30 people overdosed in one day

Hell even when we knew we were smoking fent an id is fucking fast, you go from a nice nod to not breathing in one hit. Also it's sneaky because it is such a clean hit. It is strong as fuck but I would rather have a good shot of morphine any day of the week.

did the like hospital/police test it? or did you test it yourself? im curious cause i got a marquis reagant testing kit coming in the mail and ive been wondering if i can use it ot test for H vs fent.

Oh yea they drew blood when i got to the hospital. Took almost 2 momths to get the results.
That dope was just different, it was like a rocky greyish chunk, was really light feeling, and didn't really have a dope taste when tasted. I honestly thought i had gotten some garbage. It had a light greenish color in the rig too. I barely remember the first few seconds after i did it, the tie was still on me when i came to in the ambulance. Not tight but still on.

Oh yea, another weird thing was how i came up for opiates and oxycodone when detox tested me. I havent done a pill in maybe 5 years. Guess it was in the dope i was doing. The detox didnt test for fentanyl either

So thats what that dope was... Twice, I "fell asleep" in my car with the music volume on high and woke up an hour later.. And they say guardian angels aren't real. I also quoted this from the date as well due to my experience with the same stuff in the same month. My addicted ass couldn't get enough. Tard..
