Title: Bladder Risk: Ketamine Cystisis Network
Post by: Chip on July 23, 2015, 08:09:28 PM
Ketamine Cystisis Network

Ketamine cystitis (or ketamine bladder syndrome) is a fairly new reported side effect to K use, first documented in 2007. Since then clinicians in Asia, Canada, the USA and Europe have reported treating young, teenage ketamine abusers who appear to have severe and possibly irreversible bladder, kidney, liver and possible brain damage.

Extreme ketamine use can injure the bladder, causing ulcers (wounds) and fibrosis (stiffening of the bladder walls and shrinkage). Patients often struggle with urinary frequency, urgency, pressure, pain, incontinence and/or bleeding from the bladder.  They can receive a variety of diagnoses including ulcerative bladder, interstitial cystitis or ketamine cystitis.

When it comes to RC's keep dreaming. It happened with Etizolam, real clinical studies, but it almost never does.

Hell we're doing the research ourselves. You mentally signed that agreement when you took MXE.

Interesting link.

It said Ketamine is a "date rape" drug.  I could see oral ketamine being used in a rape, but I've never heard it called a date rape drug before.

One thing annoyed me: on the welcome page, underneath the picture of a skater, it says "ketamine is sometimes mixed with ground glass and paint flakes."  Why on earth would a dealer cut their K with glass / paint?  That makes no sense to me.  A dealer wants their users to come back for more, and more, and more.  They don't want them to die.  I can see very rare cases where a dealer would want to inflict harm.  Kinda like a hot shot.  But in general?  No.  That seems like a scare tactic.

i once spent a few months shooting 120 mg. of pure Ketamine almost every day and sometimes many times a day.

thankfully, i'm OK but this is exactly why we need to be very careful with RC's

This is scary shit! In the early 90s the K flowed like water in philly and I drank deep from the fountain. My plumbing always felt weird after snorting K all night. Didn't get into IMing it til much later. One time I Ivd 100mg and went unconscious with the rig in my arm, I didn't even Inject the whole dose and "lights out, k hole!"  I love the K hole, I'd like to move there permanently .
