This mod allows control over which membergroups can do what (specifically for R/O Shoutboxes)

only in dev. for now ... i might add another Read/Only Shoutbox for Announcments and take myself out of general chat.

The latest SP Plugin for this adds much functionality BUT you have to remove the Shoutbox PM mod and the SP Shoutbox Sounds mod for reliable install/uninstall.

then you have to set up everyone's permissions (including whispering etc.)

still deciding which is the better way to go - at least this works but the only thing missing is EDITing of the shout.
