In this guide I will provide a set of steps to safely and effectively boof crystal meth. Boofing is the act of inserting a drug into the anus to be absorbed by the rectal tissue. This is an extremely potent route of administration akin to IV in many aspects, and thus is not recommended for beginners. Proceed with caution and dose conservatively!
The Benefits (Why Boof?):
Boofing is an alternative to IV meth that not only provides a remarkably similar high, but is also much safer as it removes the need for needles. As a result, the risk of infection or accidental injury is exceptionally low. Because of its ~99% bioavailability, you will also need to use less meth than usual to achieve the same high as other routes. The effects will come on in minutes and generally last shorter than oral doses. Thus, boofing can be useful for those that prefer an immediate, shorter acting high similar to IV but with far less safety concerns.

What You Will Need:
1.) 1ml Oral Syringes (NO NEEDLE)
2.) Shot Glass
3.) Distilled or Bottled Water
4.) Milligram scale
5.) Some lube
How to Safely Boof:
Below are a set of sequential steps on how to boof safely and effectively. To summarize, we are going to dissolve the meth in some water and draw it up into an oral syringe (no needle) so that we can shoot it up the anus. It’s essential that u read every step fully as there are some tricky parts that might surprise you.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you poop 30-60 minutes before boofing. If you have stool inside your anus during or shortly after boofing it may leech the methamphetamine and interfere with your dose, potentially making it ineffective.
1.) Weigh out your preferred dose of crystal meth on a milligram scale. Generally speaking, 5-10mg is a light dose, 10-30mg is a common dose, and anything above 40mg is a heavy dose. If you are used to dosing orally, then a general guideline would be to half that dose when boofing. It’s ALWAYS better to start LOW and redose later if necessary than to do too much all at once and have a bad time.
2.) Prepare distilled or bottled water for use. This step is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR YOUR SAFETY. You should NEVER use tap water as there is the possibility of a dangerous amoeba entering your body through the rectal tissue. Even water filters like Brita will not remove these from your water. If you’re laughing then think again, a man just recently died from a brain eating amoeba after using tap water to clear his sinuses!
3.) Open a single 1ml oral syringe (no needle) from its sterile packaging. Again, there should be NO NEEDLE present. Place the syringe tip into the bottled or distilled water and draw up to 1ml of water into the syringe by slowly pulling back the plunger. For a common dose you really shouldn’t need more than 0.5ml of water and could probably use even less (I’ve used as little as 0.3ml before)! However, this is entirely up to personal preference.
4.) Move the filled syringe into the empty shot glass. Push down on the syringe plunger to release the water into the shot glass. Set aside the empty syringe back into the sterile packaging it came in to avoid any contamination. We will return to it later.
5.) Add your preferred meth dose (weighed in step 1) into the shot glass with the water. Wait for the meth crystals to fully dissolve in the water. You will know this step is complete when the crystals are no longer visible. Expect this to take a minute or two.
6.) Once fully dissolved, retrieve the empty syringe back from its sterile packaging and insert the tip into the shot glass. Slowly pull up on the plunger until all of the meth-infused water is inside of the syringe, leaving the shot glass empty. You now have a loaded syringe ready to be boofed!
7.) It’s time to get into position to insert the syringe into your anus. It is best to take off your pants and undergarments so that you may comfortably lay on your back with your legs up over your head. It may be helpful to use a pocket mirror or phone camera propped up to give you a clear view of your anus.
8.) Before inserting the syringe, you may apply a small amount of lubricant or coconut oil around your anus to loosen any friction or discomfort. In my experience this is often not necessary but is completely safe if needed.
9.) Insert the syringe
NO MORE than 1-2 inches into your anus. It should be just past the syringe tip. This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!! We are aiming to release the meth-infused water right onto our rectal tissue. If you push the syringe any deeper you will likely end up shooting the dose into the colon which will NOT BE ABSORBED. It is very often the case that if someone did not experience any effects from boofing then they likely missed the rectal tissue by inserting the syringe way too far.
10.) Very slowly begin to push down on the syringe plunger to release the water into your anus and onto your rectal tissue over 30 seconds. If you push too hard I guarantee you the water will pour right out of your anus, wasting the dose. You will KNOW you are doing this correctly if u feel a cold sensation inside your anus and perhaps a very light stinging or tightening sensation (this is completely normal). This is the meth-infused water interacting with the rectal tissue! If u cannot feel the water then you are shooting it TOO FAR into the colon (or too fast)!
11.) Once emptied, you may remove the syringe, tightening your anus muscle if possible to keep any loose water inside. It is best to remain with your legs over your head for another minute or so to avoid any water leaking out. Place the dirty syringe back into the sterile wrapping it came from and discard it into the trash. You should NEVER EVER reuse a used or dirty syringe in order to avoid spreading fecal matter and bacteria. They are cheap as hell, just open a new one if need be!
12.) Congrats! You have just boofed your first meth dose safely and effectively! Expect to feel an initial rush within the first 5 minutes that will slowly build over the next 1-2 hours. Make sure u avoid peeing or pooping for the next 30 minutes to avoid accidentally squeezing out any of the liquid dose that has yet to be absorbed. Enjoy!
